Hello Everyone!

I am Nikki! I love to cook Indian Vegetarian Food. I have been doing that since I was seventeen. I have been cooking it for my family. My need to cook Indian food started as just a necessity at home, to help my parents out, but before I know it, it became a skill, that I didn’t know I could exploit; and that could open so many opportunities for me. I feel I was a cook in a closet. Today, I work at a cafe, where once a week I make Indian food, which gets sold out, every week, and I get repeated regular customers who buy from me, and rave about my food. I have gotten great reviews so far. It’s only been six months at the cafe and now I am aiming to rent out a commercial kitchen and start taking orders from around in my local community. I am excited about what lies ahead of me, and that’s why I am making this website to showcase my work, and see if someone likes my food and would like to order from me. What is my USP (Unique Selling Point) you’d ask? Well, I believe my food tastes just like off the stove freshly made as it is at home, and at a reasonable affordable price with fresh ingredients. In a world of artificial ingredients, chemicals and mass production and commercialization, my food offers a unique variety and comfort. So I welcome you to my little world and hope you will join me in exploring this journey together.
